New bill did not generate

hello. i always get my bill on the 4th, but did not get one. Nothing is showing online, or in APP. not only did the bill not generate I am still at a 0 balanced owe. I would think even if the bill didnt generate my account would still show a balance due for the coming month. is there an issue with generating new bills?

When a zero balance is owed.  A monthly statement is not printed or sent to avoid confusion.  They will resume again when a balance is owed.  If we can help with any account specific questions.  Please send us an email at cox.help@cox.com for assistance anytime.

since cox bills for the month a head, i owe for the coming month, but done show a balance due at this time.  even when i had a zero balance, i still was provided something for my records

got replies on my emails and a call form Escalations Team, its a wait and see issue. great. thanks
