Netgear CM1000

I cannot get the 1Gig service through my modem, I have a reoccurring error code;

RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;CM-MAC=78:d2:94:61:0c:e0;CMTS-MAC=00:42:5a:1d:4a:41;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

How do I fix this???
