Need this FIXED!!!

High ping, high jitter, get low speeds. Modem showing blinking download path. FIX THESE ISSUES!! Give me the speed I am paying for. Reconfigure my modem on YOUR end to work correctly. Only getting 1/2 to 2/3rds the speed I SHOULD be getting! Spoke to modem maker and they said it is YOUR configuration problem!! FIX THESE *** PROBLEMS OR REFUND ME MY PAYMENT!!

NOT getting the consistent internet speed I am paying for! WHY? When will this get fixed? Fix or refund money. My next step will be to call Corporate Office and ask them.
