Must be Friday night because my internet is down again.

EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT I GET BETWEEN 15 AND 20% DROPPED PACKETS CAUSING NOTHING BUT ISSUES.  This issue was "escalated" multiple times and yet they still cannot get this fixed.  I'm at wits end.  It's about to the point I will deal with 50 mbps down with AT&T just to get internet that works.
