lelandbeach0, I understand your TV and computer will no longer connect to the internet. For these devices, please Forget the stored Wifi name, then reconnect back to your available Wifi by entering the Wifi password.

I’ve had cox internet service for years using my own equipment.   No issues.  Now spectrum takes over, my connectivity goes in the trash and they’re pushing me to ‘replace’ my old equipment with theirs.  No thanks and in fact I’m done with this and them.

campbell4industrial, we are very sorry that you are having a service issue. Changing to Spectrum by name only has not physically changed the signal or service you are receiving. Please contact us direct with your account information, and we will be glad to run some tests. You are welcome to contact us at @ask_spectrum or facebook.com/spectrum

@campbell4industrial

I am concerned. Since the ONLY thing that has happened was a change in name, no equipment changes, no personnel changes, Nothing physical has changed!

Since this is a forum where customers like ourselves can assist one another, how about some information? What is happening, WiFi? Ethernet? Modem offline? Can't help if there isn't any information on what is happening!

I have blink equipment and I can tell you ADDING a blink camera to your internet should not affect your other devices UNLESS, you have moved the WiFi router.... Are you using peronal WiFi router, or the Cox pano modem? How far away are the devices not connecting? Where is the Blink Sync Module in relation to the WiFi router?
