Loss connectivity
My panoramic keeps losing connectivity and it's frustrating. I have the fiber connection and was told it was the best to have. My previous panoramic never loss connectivity. What can be done to correct this issue?

Hello. I know how frusrtating loss of internet service can be and I want to help. Do your devices still see the wi-fi network when you lose connection?

Are you losing the internet, or connection to WiFi? If you are losing internet, and you have fiber, verify the ONT is online. If it is, repalce the ethernet cable between the ONT and the Pano router. If the ONT is offline, call Cox and get a TC.
