Internet will not connect even though I have correct address and password
Internet will not connect says offline even though I use the correct name and password. Keeps saying I am offline. Have rebooted the router.

Hi there,
I believe I may have located your account associated with your forum credentials, and if so, the modem is showing offline at the moment. Be sure that both ends of the cable line are still tight. You may even want to unscrew/re-tighten both ends just to be sure (unplug the power while doing so).
