Is it all internet out, or just wireless devices? What do the indicator lights on the modem show?

Seriously. Every weekend the Internet goes out for at least 10-12 hours. Then when I complain they tried to upsell some thing that I need new equipment for that will work when there's outages. If they have that technology why aren't they just using it for their customers already? Why do I have to pay more for something that is their fault to begin with? Not to mention it goes out throughout the day numerous times. I'm currently in an "outage" since 3am it's 7am now they said it would be resolved by 6:52am and as soon as that hit they changed it to 10:52am. I'm so over this!!!

Hello llam3, Thank you for your business to Cox. I'm truly sorry to hear that the estimation shows it was pushed back further. Ultimately, our goal is to keep you connected and alert you when we're aware of an issue. If an outage issue requires more time, then our crews may push back the estimation. As crews draw closer to a close, then the estimation may be clearer. We can help investigate the issue further, and we will need more details to investigate. When you have a moment, could you please email our support at Cox.Help@cox.com with your first and last name, complete address, and the URL lto this forrum comment of yours?
