Internet NOT WORKING

My internet is so slow recently I haven’t even been able to play a Fortnite match. A very basic game that has NEVER given me any issue, even when I first got Cox. I have done multiple internet speed tests and they all come back great but it very clearly NOT GREAT. And it’s every single device connected to the WiFi so I know it’s not a device issue. I am to the point where I am looking for another internet provider but I don’t want to if I can help it. Someone please help me I have the 1G plan
