INTERNET HAS BEEN DOWN FOR 2 WEEKS NOW

Ok I’ve been super patient up till this point. My internet has been out since June 19, 2026. Literally as soon as I get a text that it’s been resolved and internet is up and running, the internet goes down again. And this happens several times a day since the 19th. It’s currently down again as I’m typing this. I need working Internet for school and work. When it’s down, I’m having to drive 30 minutes to a library or Starbucks just so I can use the internet. Are we going to be compensated some how with a credit to our monthly bill??
