Internet going in and out

For the past couple of days now my internet has bounced between perfect and barely functional. I’m paying for the gigabit plan, and so seeing that I’m dropping $130 for my connection to struggle to maintain 200MBps is inexcusable. I have gone through the charade of resetting the gateway to no avail. All plugs have been checked and yet here we are.
