Internet dropping

I live in Phoenix, and my internet has been dropping several times a day.  It started over the weekend of 9/20-21 and dropped DOZENS of times daily over the following days.  Since Frida,y 9/26, the drops have decreased to 5-10 per day.  I've done all the self-help fixes with no relief.

Any suggestions?  Bad gateway?  The app says there are no outages at all.

Thanks

I am in phoenix as well - and the last 4 days my 1000mb/s plan has been getting 28mb/s.  Resetting the modem fixes it for about 4 minutes.

I have to go through this every couple months - I will dig up the support e-mail and then after I complain and post pics of my modem signals/dbs (they are fine) it miraculously gets fixed.

I cannot wait for the Wyyred internet to support my neighborhood - they are laying the cable this week.

Hi! What has been done to fix the multiple scenarios that so many customers have posted? You can’t tell me that anyone is supposed to be getting less than 15mbps download on a 2TB plan, and the only reason the speed test wouldn’t complete is that yet another “outage” interrupted the test. This is unacceptable “service”.

@jaws222 Do you have a wired device? If so, how are the speeds on it?

If all you have is wireless these tips may help-

Ensure the wireless router is out in the open, raised as high as possible, and not behind, or underneath anything. Replace coax cables, and any splitters you may have.
