Internet dropping out randomly since move in 12/08/2025
Internet dropping out randomly since move in 12/08/2025. The only work around is to reboot my modem. I keep getting these logs in my modem:

I've tried replacing my modem and router, because I have a spares. Any Idea what the best way for me to communicate the issue is with the either to coax cable to my house or COX's neighborhood CMTS? I have COX sending me their modem router combo to eliminate any possibility of network equipment, but I'm going to have a COX technician come out shortly there after to resolve the issue.

Note: I have checked all my connections are tight and I have a backup UPS for my router modem and I don't have any splitters.
