Internet DOWN!!
What the hell is being done to get the service back up? If it is parts failure, people need to know. These bs updates targeting service being up every 3 hours is not working. Give an actual deadline vs just something to placate people. I think a root cause needs to be communicated out to customers so we can make decisions we need to make

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand how frustrating service outages can be. Our team works diligently to restore service as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, some outages may be caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated restoration times are provided to give customers a general timeframe for when service may be restored. In some cases, service can be restored ahead of the estimated time, while in others, restoration may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or additional work required to resolve the issue.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works to restore service.
