Increased amount of "unexpected internet outages"
Hey all, just curious on why there seem to be an increased amount of unexpected outages in my area for the past couple of months. There have been a few every week and sometimes it's multiple times in one day. This just sucks because it's always happening when I need it, so it feels like whatever I pay for gets wasted.

Us too ! In marrero for the last 2 weeks at 8:30pm service goes out some times doesn't come back on until the next day. Too expensive to have all these problems and can never give a answer why !

Yep. Everything about the service feels like it’s 20 years old. Reliability, customer service, repair time when something goes wrong. And you just cannot speak to a person. What is this 2005? If I could switch to a different provider, I would in a heartbeat.

Yep. Everything about Cox Internet servers feels like it’s 20 years old. The speeds, the reliability, and customer service. You can’t even talk to a real person. What is this 2005? If I had another provider I could switch to I would in a heartbeat. Just awful.

I would also like to know why so many outages these past few months. Pretty sure it is connected to the installations of the 5 g network being installed in Phoenix. Its also the cause for some of the road construction projects around town. Cox will never be transparent or tell us the truth about what is going on. The scarry thing is this technology is impacting our health too. By the time everyone realizes what's happening it will be too late to stop it. Money and power is all that matters to these companies.
