Incompetence

Hope all you CEO's, CFO's, Families of, and all decision makers at COX, choke on your Xmas dinner. Paid you through auto pay. 2 payments, 30 dollars each when there was a zero balance, and you shut me down stating I owe 60.00. 

Get your thumbs outta your @#$%% and hire ppl that want to do the job properly.
