I’m having intermittent distortion on DVR and sometime on TV playing.

I’m having intermittent distortion when playing DVR movies and sometimes regular TV. Could it be my modem needs to be updated? The Tv is 5 years old.

sherriac4, we understand you are having picture distortion. I'm sure this is frustrating. It is always good to recheck the coax cables from the wall to the cable cox, making sure they are not bent to bad, screwed on tight, and secure. If that does not improve the picture, please email us with your name and service address. We can run some tests on the cable box equipment.
