If I switch to 1 gig the lag stops right ?

I was asking if the 1 gig would stop lagging me out of my game

I'd really prefer to investigate before giving you an answer since there are many factors that can impact your connection and make your game seem to lag. As an example, if the lag is coming from the game server, a speed upgrade may not resolve the issue you're experiencing.

@ColleenD​ actually the problem is the channels and the node not being able to support all the customers so that’s why is lagging , it’s kinda pathetic that you or any cox employee not know what’s going on , this is a technical issue and it’s in this forum for a reason , do I need to do your job ?
