I challenge Cox to do better
I am posting with no exaggeration. For the last two weeks I have been experiencing intermittent outages daily. When I check for outages in my area. Of course there is with promised times of repair, wifi is restored only to go out again often moments later. Other times later in the day. Using Cox wifi now causes anxiety, with the fear of disruption at any minute. This morning at 9am the expected time for restoration is 1:03pm. 1:03pm. How can you be that accurate, but not be able to fix the problem? The generic message given on the app and given by Customer Service carries no impact. I challenge Cox to do better. This is unacceptable in the worst way. It's like there is no regard to the consumer.

Update: Is 1:15pm, still no service, no text updates and the app still says 1:03pm. Where's the communication, Cox Communication?

We are in the Avondale area of Westerly and it’s been the same thing. Intermittent outages around a couple of significant outages. Please stop putting band-aids on and fix the problem permanently.
