Horrible service outage updates!
Service outage began at 10am (Pensacola FL) and it's STILL down! These update texts are ridiculous and tell us nothing of value!
WTH is going on Cox? Do y'all know what you're doing? How about sharing info that makes us a lil more informed will ya? When AT&T installs Fiber here, i'm dropping Cox!

Dude I’m having the same troubles , they don’t care about it cuz they just do it for the money so once you get the opportunity to switch and do it the same day and minute too cuz cox is basically not helping at all
