High Packet Loss and Constant disconnections

High packet loss with constant disconnections throughout the day, has been happening for the last 5 days, haven't been able to use anything recently.

@DorisM​ look , you’re no help either , the customer service team is lacking everything, I’m not gonna email yall, not gonna call yall and tell me to “unplug your router for 30 seconds “ it’s not gonna work , yall aren’t smart to help the customer and it’s okay , it’s okay to lose customers okay ?
