High heat= no fiber internet

2 months into fiber internet and it’s awesome until it’s too hot. 2 technicians at 2 separate times and still no internet in the afternoon. They check all the same stuff and when the sun starts to go down the internet decides to work so of course they think they fixed it. I try to convince them that it happens everyday day around 1pm and self corrects around 5. What else happens around that time frame? The heat is the highest. Maybe that’s not it but they just keep replacing the same equipment and the problem persists. 

today is their last chance, I’ll cancel and go to some other service and have slow but at least consistent internet
