Got Gigablast finally...only getting 250mb down...sigh

I am the last house on the node.  Years ago I got Cox to do some work locally to improve the connectivity and my premiere package was worth it.

A few weeks ago I saw I could go Gigablast and thought that maybe I could get something close to 600-800mb down...yeah, nope.

Getting 250 down when not busy, and 180-200 during peak hours.  To compare, under premiere I was getting the same performance.

it's like having an engine that gets 50 miles to the gallon and they gave me a 1/2 gallon tank.

Could one of you nice Cox admins look at my Arris modem and tell me what you see?

I have tried direct to the modem, I have eliminated all splitters, and even ran a temp RG6 from modem to box outside...still <250mb
