Fix the internet issue

I can’t enjoy gaming yall focus on trash ads but don’t care about fixing the issues , I can’t game and can’t use the internet on my phone the only device that works with it’s with the Roku so idk why the ad says up to 7 devices if it only works with 1 device please for the love of god fix it
