Early disconnects

I use cox straight up internet and not only is it the absolute worst internet Ive EVER had, but it frequently disconnects a day before its due. I will get an email saying that its due in one day and within hours it'll be off. Im sick of it. It cuts out 10 or more times a day. When I asked why, they said I need to upgrade my plan or use less. So I literally disconnect everything from it except for one TV and nothing changes. It still drops out constantly. That plus the early disconnects are trash. Ive had it. If I complain, they literally gas light me and blame it all on me. Im definitely switching to ATT. This is a disgrace.
