Door bell cam not connecting

I just subscribed to Cox internet, just moved, I had CenturyLink before and never had trouble connecting my modem to my doorbell cam, I have tried and tried to get this Cox Panarama modem to connect to the doorbell cam, anyone have any suggestions.
