Data caps removal?

With Cox now Spectrum, when can we/do we expect to have the data caps removed from our accounts? I would love to stop paying for unlimited data and lower my bill.

EDIT: I attempted to find this out via their support chat. That was a waste of 45 minutes. The first round I was "transferred" to a specialist, but in reality, the agent dropped from the chat and left me all alone there for over 10 minutes. My second round, I was told the same thing over and over. "I can help you remove your unlimited data from your plan." "If you want to remove you unlimited data, I can do that for you" "You have the unlimited data plan, so you do not have any data caps." "Cox has a 1280mb data cap." At this point I was steaming and re-worded the ask 'when will Cox be removing their data caps since Spectrum does not have any data caps.' "Cox will not be removing the data caps."

So... Yeah, you're now Spectrum, but you're not Spectrum? Just another helpful reason in my decision to change ISP's. They've had the monopoly on me for 30 years. And yes, I have been a Cox customer since 1996. City Side Fiber has already trenched and patched my street. Just waiting for the sign up email to arrive.

For now, your internet service will operate the same way it does under your current Cox plan.  If updates are made to your service in the future, we will let you know

I think for some people who do very little internet would be interested in the old tech since slower plans are available for less money. And besides, although City Side Fiber might offer a better service for less money than Cox/Spectrum, we need the competition so that City Side Fiber doesn't get any crazy ideas to follow in Cox's footsteps.
