Cox Webmail Server duplicated emails on Cox webmail so my quota is maxed out!

 I've looked back over other people having the same issue and Cox does not answer as to why this is happening or how to prevent this from happening.  I was eventually hung up on by Level 1 after 1.5 hours on the phone.  So Frustrated.  The only solution was "JUST" delete them.  Sure, just take the next 4 hours (as Cox Webmail is so slow!) from work deleting emails I deleted over a year ago.  Cox Server added last year's emails back in and duplicated some from this year and now my quota is maxed out and I am not receiving any new emails.  If anyone has a solution, please help!  Thank you very much!
