Cox sucks!! Constant outages
I have had power outages for the past month almost every single day and it leads on into the night no one can tell me what is causing this other than crappy service from cox. Today yet another outage. Supposedly back on around 730 but I'll bet it goes on until 11 to midnight just like last night. May as well get an antenna and save my money!! Ridiculous to say the LEAST

HERE IT IS AGAIN OFF BECAUSE OF OUTAGE WILL BE BACK ON AT 4:18 AM AND AFTER 4:30 AM AND FREAKING SERVICE STILL NOT WORKING!! WHATS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR COX TO HONOR THEIR COMMITMENT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS?? I PAY MY FREAKING BILL IN ADVANCE AND YOU STILL CANT FIX THE NONSTOP BS ABOUT OUTAGES BUT IF I AM LATE?!?!??! YOU CUT OFF MY SERVICE IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE!! I AM AT THE POINT OF FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE ABOUT THE INEXCUSABLE SERVICE THAT WE PAY OUR BILL IN ADVANCE!! I WILL BE LOOKING FOR CREDIT ON MY NEXT BILL!!

Darn near every day is an outage in my area. Sometimes for 30 min, and sometimes for longer. I’m so sick of this BS. I’m at the point of convincing my family to move out of Las Vegas. Cox has been an issue FOR YEARS and it’s only getting worse every year. They can’t handle the city’s density and size. This concrete jungle is a P.O.S. In the meantime though, I’m going to file an FCC complaint. There’s absolutely no way they should be able to operate as a business anymore. They are a monopoly, their prices for internet are disgusting, and I’m just sick of absolutely all of this bs. I’m freaking tired of fighting with it.

they don’t know. I’m experiencing similar problems. I seem to get it same answer. all they say is send me your address and the email
