Cox connect assist

I'm trying to apply for Connect assist. I uploaded my SSI rewards letter but I got an email saying they need additional documents? I don't understand how a letter from the SSA is not good enough.

It looks as though you need more proof in order to qualify for this program.  This is from the Eligibility page:

Am I eligible for ConnectAssist Service?

You are eligible for the service if you participate in one of the following government subsidy programs: SNAP, TANF, Head Start, WIC, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), certain Public Housing, Pell Grant, Veterans Pension, certain Tribal Programs, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and certain state Medicaid programs (see cox.com for list of currently eligible states). You will need to provide proof of eligibility. The ConnectAssist program, including eligibility criteria, package details, and pricing may change over time. Customers may become ineligible if eligibility criteria change or customers are unable to verify, on an annually recurring basis, eligibility based on the current list of eligible programs.

Hi,

I apologize that you are having trouble with the Connect Assist application. While we don't have access to process these applications within our department, I will be glad to check your account to review any notes with you, and see if an escalation is needed. Please email me at cox.help@cox.com. In the email, please be sure to include your name, full street address, and a link to your forum post.

@enrjyzr How could an SSI letter not be enough proof? I have no other income.
