Constant disconnects with T3 errors

I have had cox internet for about 2 years now and ever day without fail I get disconnected 20-30 times a day with T3 errors every day. I have a Netgear C6300 which is a supported device. Have checked all the wires they are firmly connected, I have checked the setting on my router over and over and they are fine. I'm including logs of this problem for the day with this. Need help.
