Constant Buffering

Why does my MSNBC live stream constantly buffer on my computer?  This problem does not occur with any other live stream (such as CNN), so I know it's not a question of Internet speed, connectivity, or resolution.

It's very annoying - anyone have any ideas to stop the buffering?
