Connection issues

i pay almost $150 a month for internet and it never works. My phone runs faster, calls run smoother using regular phone data and WiFi off. I’m genuinely getting frustrated. Why pay for WiFi if it never works. Cox sucks.

imho they oversell their services to everyone, and they send you to asia to talk to a csr, i cannot understand them and am going with quantum fibre, its worse than dialup where i live. the only way to stop this is to contact your representitive and make sure they only sell to americans, if there not us citizens they shouldnt be able to offer services to them.  if there not us citizens they shouldnt be able to hire them either. i live on the border and it gets esp bad during the holidays i avg 15kbps for weeks on end due to all the mexican visitors.

@GregP1​ hey Greg , just a fyi he’s not gonna do that he’s just done with terrible services and providers that don’t help so it’s better to just say “we’re sorry please contact us so we could refund you your money and cancel your subscription with us I hope you enjoy quantum fiber “ you don’t have to be robotic in order to get to your point yknow

@Allan​ are yall like following a script or something clearly he’s mad that yall have oversea connections, at this point yall should show up to his house and make a makeshift call center in his living room that would make him happy , yall should hire me for this position I’ll gladly help on sales and make no robotic tones
