Connection issue
For $130 a month my connection is terrible. I’ve dealt with outages and consistent game kicks when it comes to online gaming. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I can’t even use one tv and two cellphones with out one of three devices lagging.

What speed service do you have? What modem and router? Have you done any troubleshooting? Replaced cable wires/splitters, tested using Ethernet instead of WiFi?
You remind me of a combat instructor I had, "If one wishes to complain, they will find no shortage of things to complain about".
There are steps you can take to address service issues, both in your home, as well as contacting Cox TECH support and have any outside issues addressed.
My Internet is 500/50, I am running a Netgear CM2000 modem, and an RAXE300 Netgear router. I routinely stream 4k on one tv and game on a PS5 on the other tv, while 2 computers and a few tablets and a cell phone are connected as well.
So, instead of simply kvetching, take a step in the right direction, and properly address the issues.

Bro same here they don’t actually gonna fix it they just want the money I would go in person and not ask for a tech but ask for a voucher or refund on how long the issue has been going, I’m switching over to quantum fiber
