Can’t game , cox internet is garbage

Can I get a free tech out here to fix I’m not gonna pay for the service charge , ima just cancel my card so yall need to pay him from yalls pocket , so can I get a free tech or nah cuz I want to game NOT LAG THE WHOLE TIME , thank you

What a nice reply! It’s great that you’re sorry and can give them directions on somewhere else to go ask for help. What is the point of replying to people’s posts if you can’t take control of the situation and actually do something? Anyone can look up a number! Maybe tell Cox your job should include actual abilities to actually do something like schedule a technician?
