Can't forward ports

This is **. Just a couple months ago this was not a problem. I moved and my modem did a firmware upgrade. Now the port forwarding menu is just gone and replaced with a WiFi.Cox.com link. Except, when I click that link, it tells me to upgrade. When I click THAT, it tells me I am ineligible to upgrade.I contacted cox and they told me that the only upgrade I have left to buy is the cox complete care plan, which as far as I can tell is just tech support for people who don't know what they're doing. I'm a sys admin. I don't need help, i just need this feature.
