Can no longer access gaming stats website

Prior to the start of 2024 I have always been able to access https://www.wotstars.com/ to track gaming statistics for World of Tanks Console video game. After the Christmas break I can no longer access it from my home network using Cox Internet, but I can if I use my phone and Verizon.

I've waited way over a month to see if it would resolve itself but its getting frustrating now to  only be able to use my phone instead of my PC.
