Can I get reports of outages from previous billing cycles?

I'd like to get reports of cable internet outages for previous and current billing cycles. Is there a way to get a report of these dates and times?

Getting the event log from the modem and/or the alerts from the Enhanced Messaging service isn't sufficient enough proof of an outage to some employers.
