Billing Question on Debt
Basically, Cox sent an extra modem during an account transfer and charged me for not turning in the old modem. That bill went to collections (Credit Control) the day before I turned in the modem. How should I resolve this to absolve payment/credit impact?

Hi there. I am sorry about the billing issue you are experiencing. Just for clarification, were you given a new modem during the transfer, and you still had possession of the old modem? Or do you not have the modem any longer? We can take a look a little deeper into your account and track its movements.
