billed twice

I signed in to pay my bill and the connection was not working so it said it didn’t go through. So I refresh the app and then pay the whole bill and I am finally charged. I check my bank statements and see I was charged twice even though the first attempt didn’t go through on apple pay but did deduct from my checking account. How do I get refunded?

I appreciate your concern with possibly paying twice and how this can get cleared up. I'm sorry to hear there were issues paying online, and now you're seeing two payments on your bank ledger. If both are showing processed, then we may need to investigate your Cox account to see what happened with the payments, especially if both processed and only one is reflecting on your Cox account.
