Baton Rouge outages

I have moved around the country a lot and never seen an ISP with this many outages.  You can cite storms/bad weather all you want but this never happened in other places with frequent storms like Hawaii and Florida.  Just shameful service.

I'm sorry to hear about the network issues you've experienced. I understand how that can be frustrating, and disruptive to your home. I work from home, and know the need of a stable connection. We want to ensure all homes are covered, and to keep network outages to a minimum. We'd be happy to investigate this matter. Please email us your “full” name, “complete” address, and a copy of your post to Cox.Help@cox.com for further assistance. Thank you!

Sir to be honest my family and I are already discussing going starlink or AT&T Internet air.  Yeah it’s slower but these weekly to sometimes daily outages that persist across this area are a nuisance.  Just don’t believe Cox will invest enough in a small area like this to improve the service.  For now we sticking around but if it keeps affecting work I’ll have no choice.
