Anyone in Warwick, RI Area? SLOW Internet, constant disconnection?
Slow speeds, constant disconnection I'm LEGIT Tired of this... I've been complaining about it for well over 6 months and NO ONE is taking care of it... They had approximately 5 trucks on the road AND AT My apartment Building on Tuesday April 14th I received notification that my service would be completely down the message basically stating "we know there's an outage in your area we're working on it" Then when they all left I received a message saying "Cox: The outage in your area is resolved Reply YES if your service is working, or NO or UNSURE if you're still having issues. You can also troubleshoot with SmartHelp at https://cox.com/smarthelp7 Txt STOP to opt out of all msgs" Well... I replied with... "NO" I get a response back saying "We're sorry to see you're having trouble connecting. Please visit......" and it just gives the same smarthelp url. I did the troubleshooting... several times... It should even show I've called several times on this SAME ISSUE! But NO ONE is HELPING!!!! I just did the Internet Speed TestYouCanSeeTheResultsBelow!
THIS ^^^^^^ Is ALLLLL I've been getting on and off for the past 8 or more months.... MOSTLY THESE SPEEDS! I'm WHAT AM I PAYING YOU ALL FOR????? Shotty Internet that what? Works when it FEELS Like it??? My Printer goes down at least 2 times a day which VOIDS the option I generally have of being able to print from anywhere especially when I'm out and about... I NEVER EVER Had THESE Types of Issues With Verizon! As Much as I cannot stand Verizon I STILL NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES WITH THEM!!! YOU ALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! Or I am DROPPING YOU ALL and Finding a service that WILL BE STABLE!!!
