When you say you can't split WiFi. Are you getting an error when attempting to sign in to the Panoramic WiFi App, or are you not seeing the option on the WiFI App? If you're signed into the Panoramic WIFi App, then you should be able to sign in the App and use the steps below to be able to manage your WiFi.

Sign in the WiFi App. tap WiFi tab at the bottom, tap WiFi Details, tap Edit WiFi Settings, scroll down to where you see 'Split bands (not recommended)', and opt to use different login info for different WiFi networks. Doing this will allow you to have different WiFi Networks between the 2.4 and 5 GHz.
You do NOT have to split WiFi to connect to 2.4. If a device is a 2.4 ONLY, that's all it can see. It doesn't matter how many 5 and 6 ghz systems there are with the same SSID, it CANNOT see them.
BTW, I design networks, and have worked with WiFi since it's inception.

You do NOT have to split WiFi to connect to 2.4. If a device is a 2.4 ONLY, that's all it can see. It doesn't matter how many 5 and 6 ghz systems there are with the same SSID, it CANNOT see them.
