Allan treats cox clients like they’re are idiots. I’m tired of hearing it’s common to have outages or it’s my equipment thats the issue. Telling a customer it’s common to have outages when you depend on they’re service is a slap in the face. Cox being a monopoly means they can treat you however they’d like unfortunately.

I would be so upset if I were treated this way, so I can understand why you feel the way you do. Customer service is very important to us, and I'm very sad to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way. I would like to review what happened and think I found your email.
