500GB Additional Data Plan @ $30

I got suckerd into this BS extra and ive called and canceled it August 8th 2025. To this day im still paying for it. Since then I have called and canceled it twice, it is still on my invoice!! Seriously!? 

I was told it has been removed three times now, and I asked for a refund for the months since I’ve canceled.

Yesterday I spent an hour on the phone again, spoke with Ann in the loyalty department, got no where, then asked to speak to a su[Edited as per community Guidelines]isor, got put on hold for 10 min then got hung up on and No they didn’t call me back.

anyone else with this issue? If you do please reach out, I think it’s time I take legal action.
