$40.00 Dollar Price Hike - Cox is Greedy
Over the last 2 years, I spent time dropping services to lower my bill from 167 a month to 139.99 per month. Today, I got a notification tell me "Good News, we have new plans for you on a plan you can afford". How is raising my price good news? I only have internet, and now you want 180 a month for that.
America is dead. This is the land of the greedy, and Cox is no exception. Each year Rent, Groceries, Subscriptions, and for the past 2 years food prices have gone up. Cox is the biggest hike for 40 dollars a month more for the same stale service, no differnt than your average slum lord. What is the good news you mention? Executives and CEOs get more money?
People, we need to take back control. The real reason is that there is no competition, only Att and Cox since they have all the lines. I can't wait for your greedy company to fall but the sad thing as mentions it will only be the employees, as the executives will make out big time.
A 40 dollar hike is a slap in the face, this is an intentionally greedy move by this company since most "services", when they issue a price hike, it 2-5 dollars. I don't like you and very lucky its Sunday because I called to voice my complaint, but you're closed. Perfect timing to send the "Bad News" email.
