300 Mbps for 1 gig
So I’m only getting like 300mbps and I’m supposed to be on 1 gig so I’m losing money for 1 gig why am I only getting 300mbps for 1 gig I need the whole 1 gig I’m paying for 1gig not 300 Mbps I’m serious about leaving to a different provider

Hi fernando1110060. I am sorry for the speed issue you are experiencing. I can understand how frustrating that can be. Does this occur on all devices within the home, wired and wireless? Which speed test are you running and what server is it using to run the speed test on? Are you using the Pano Gateway or do you have your own third party modem and router? Please let us know the answers to these questions and we can go from there. Also, we can probably get a better in-depth view of your equipment if we can pull up your account.
