30 hour outage… and counting

No updates, no way to talk to anyone in “customer support.”  We are switching to Verizon 5G Internet as soon as the box arrives. Cox clearly hates its customers.

I work from home as there were three outages this week alone but none of the notifications say your name, your phone number or your address of where the outages are taken place. My employer wants proof that my work from home address was affected.
