3 days to get a tech

Is three days a proper response time for tech to respond to an outage at my house?    Go thru troubleshooting and no outage in my area.  Modem powers.   Boots and then goes into flashing green and stays there.

Yeah dude that happened to me and no I can’t get a strong enough connection and lag out during my games so best bet so you don’t get charged 75 bucks or 100 bucks for a false alarm, switch or straight up tell them to not charge you cuz it’s in their end so make sure not to get scammed ight
