Hello, I can certainly understand your concern with loss of service. Since an outage is no longer declared in your area, I would start by power cycling your equipment and see if that helps.
There was never an outage reported in my area. I have done all the trouble shooting tips and used smart help. Your website has indicated no outages in this area since 8/25/25. We lost service 8/29/25 @ 430pm and it is still not working
